About the Heavy Duty Gas Range
Manufactured by GLEAN’s manufacturing partner in Foshan, China, the Heavy Duty Gas Range provides two separate cooking positions for boiling and preparing soups in large pots. The HGR-2 and HGR-2A both have a total rated gas input of 42 kW.
Heavy cast iron grates support cookware above the burners. Each burner can be adjusted independently, allowing two pots to be heated at different flame settings. Main burner ignition is provided by a manually lit pilot flame, with flame-failure protection fitted as standard. A separate control is provided for the standing pilot. A debris collection tray catches food scraps and spills to simplify daily cleaning.
The HGR-2 has a panelled front, while the HGR-2A has an open lower front that leaves the area below the controls accessible for routine wiping. LPG and natural gas versions are available; specify the required gas type when ordering.
