Modular Cooking Range
GLEAN supplies modular cooking ranges for restaurants, hotel kitchens, and commercial catering operations that build custom cooking lines. The range covers five module types across two depth series: 700mm for lighter footprints and 900mm for deeper production capacity. All modules are available in electric or gas.
Each module shares the same 304 stainless steel one-piece worktop for a flush, seamless line when installed side by side, with cast iron burners and grates engineered for daily commercial service. Choose from gas range with oven, electric range, fryer, lava rock charbroiler, and griddle modules. Mix and match to build a cooking line matched to your menu and floor plan.
